Child Called "It"Remember that time when I was all you ever wanted?  When you didn't care about the drugs or alchahol?  When all you could think about was your baby boy?  Our relationship used to be tight, but now our feelings have drifted apart.  I used to feel like I could trust you but now you're nothing but a stranger.  What has happened to my beloved mother?  Where has she gone?  Who is this monster who has possesed her?  Here I sit in this lonely and cold basement crying myself to sleep trying to forget about the pain and starvation.  My dreams are filled with feasts and sunshine, but when I attempt to grasp Child Called "It"

FarewellThe roads were wet, you were drunk.  I knew I shouldn't have taken that ride.  You said that I couldtrust you with my life, but that was a lie.  I wasn't even supposed to be out.  Why did I have to be so stupid?  You walked away without a scrath, but as for me I was DOA.  Goodbye prom, goodbye graduation, goodbye wedding.  I lay in this hospital bed trying to be revived, but no such luck.  I send my mother a blessing as a tear falls off her cheek.  Daddy, I'm sorry I never got to be the son you always wanted.  Tell my friends I love them and I will always be thinking about them.  Farewell Farewell

CourageIf you ever doubt youself, don't.  If you ever love yourself, do.  People will try to put you down, but you'll stay standing and keep your head high.  When people look down on you and say you can't, prove them wrong.
